Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist for Ankeny, IA to provide in-home and senior living care. You’ll evaluate, plan, and deliver evidence-based therapy with autonomy to manage your schedule and patient relationships.

Telehealth may be incorporated to extend access and continuity of care, while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to promote independence and aging in place.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state of practice, or eligibility to obtain.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current CPR certification and EMR proficiency.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA CCC) holders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Speech Language Pathology to older adults in homes or senior living settings.
• Perform evaluations, develop care plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy.
• Deliver therapy sessions to support wellness, mobility, and independence.
• Document effectively in FOX’s EMR system according to regulations.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.
