Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking licensed Speech Language Pathologists to deliver one-on-one care in private residences and senior living communities in Clarinda, IA and surrounding areas.

You will conduct evaluations, create individualized plans, and deliver treatment tailored to improving mobility, independence, and quality of life for older adults. The role offers autonomy, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to incorporate telehealth or virtual care as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain.
• Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA CCC)

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Speech Language Pathology to older adults in homes or senior living settings.
• Perform evaluations, develop plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions to support wellness, longevity, mobility, and independence.
• Document in EMR per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place.
• Provide telehealth / virtual care when appropriate to extend access.
