Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist in Winter Garden, FL to deliver one-on-one care to older adults in private residences and senior living communities. The role emphasizes autonomy, flexible scheduling, and meaningful patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice or eligibility to obtain.
• Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA CCC).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Speech Language Pathology to older adults in homes or senior living communities.
• Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions that support patient wellness, mobility, and independence.
• Document within FOX’s EMR system per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PTs, OTs, SLPs, Fitness Specialists).
