Job summary

Obran Cooperative is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-home speech therapy visits across Contra Costa County and Alameda County. This per diem role offers SLPs schedule flexibility and the chance to build meaningful patient relationships while delivering high-quality, one-on-one care.

The ideal candidate should have a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, an active California license, and strong communication skills. Additional benefits include mileage reimbursement and supportive clinical teamwork.

Qualifications

• Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform speech-language and swallowing evaluations in patients’ homes.
• Develop and implement individualized Plans of Care.
• Provide skilled speech therapy interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams.
