Job summary

OBRAN Health is looking for a Speech–Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver in-home speech therapy in Contra Costa County and Alameda County. This per diem role is perfect for SLPs who appreciate schedule flexibility and want to build meaningful patient relationships. You will work with a supportive team, performing evaluations and creating care plans for patients.

Qualifications include an active California license, a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, and strong communication skills. Benefits include mileage reimbursement and 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Active California Speech–Language Pathologist license required.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is a must.
• Current CPR certification is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Perform speech-language evaluations in patients’ homes.
• Implement individualized Plans of Care.
• Provide skilled speech therapy interventions.
• Recommend communication devices as needed.
• Assess home environments for safety and functional needs.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams.
