Job summary
FOX Rehabilitation seeks licensed Speech Language Pathologists to deliver one-on-one care to older adults in their homes and senior living communities in Menomonee Falls, WI and surrounding areas. You’ll design personalized plans and provide evidence-based speech therapy with autonomy to manage your schedule.

Qualifications
- Active state Speech Language Pathology license or eligibility to obtain
- Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
- Proficiency with basic computer use and EMR systems
- Current CPR certification
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA CCC)
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one Speech Language Pathology to older adults in homes or senior living communities
- Perform evaluations and develop individualized plans of care with evidence-based treatment
- Deliver therapy sessions to support wellness, mobility, and independence
- Document accurately in FOX’s EMR per regulatory standards
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, SLPs and Fitness Specialists
- Educate patients, caregivers and staff to promote safety and aging in place
- Provide telehealth/virtual care when appropriate to extend access
