Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation seeks a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to deliver one-on-one care to older adults in Clarkston, MI, across private residences and senior living communities under the Geriatric House Calls model.

You will evaluate, plan, and deliver evidence-based therapy, document in FOX’s EMR, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, with flexible scheduling and telehealth options where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in Michigan.

Responsibilities
