Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is expanding its Maryville, MO program and seeks licensed Speech Language Pathologists to deliver one-on-one care in homes or senior living communities. You will assess, plan, and provide evidence-based SLP treatment, while coordinating with an interdisciplinary team.

Telehealth may be incorporated to extend access and flexibility. The role prioritizes autonomy, flexible scheduling, and meaningful patient outcomes, with a supportive culture and ongoing professional growth

Qualifications

• Licensed SLP in state of practice or eligibility
• Degree from accredited SLP program
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency
• Current CPR certification
• Current ASHA CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Speech Language Pathology to older adults in homes or senior living settings
• Perform evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
• Deliver therapy sessions to support wellness, mobility, independence
• Document in EMR per regulatory standards
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote aging in place and safety
• Provide telehealth/virtual care when appropriate
