Job summary

The role involves direct therapy, precise documentation, and training families to support therapeutic exercises, while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active SLP license in the practicing state and CCC-SLP certification from ASHA.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification.
• One year of clinical Speech Therapy experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to patient homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to patients in their homes, addressing speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing goals.
• Customize therapy approaches to meet individual patient goals and progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and outcomes per regulatory standards.
• Train and support family members to assist with at-home exercises and strategies.
