Job summary

Qualifications

• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• One year of clinical speech therapy experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to patients in their homes for speech, language, cognitive-communication and swallowing disorders.
• Customize therapy strategies to meet individual patient goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress, goals and outcomes.
• Train and support family members to assist with therapy at home.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment goals, and outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements and standards.
• Provide training and support for family members to assist with therapeutic exercise and strategies at home.

Qualifications

Job Requirements

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active registered SLP license in the state which you practice and certification (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
• Must obtain and maintain current CPR/BLS Certification
• One-year Speech Therapy experience in a clinical setting.
• Current Drivers License
• Comply with federal, state and local laws and regulations
