Responsibilities

• Provide supports to a person with a developmental disability in your home to ensure their wants and needs are met in compliance with the Nebraska Medicaid waiver program. This can include assisting with activities of daily living, meal planning and preparation, providing transportation, assisting with medications, and implementing programs in accordance with the persons Individual Support Plan.
