Job summary

Human Services Association is seeking a Program Aide to support meal delivery routes and in-home visits for seniors in California. You will manage route sheets, perform data entry, and assist staff with various program duties, including back-up driving when needed.

The role requires good computer skills, reliability, and the ability to work with seniors and diverse volunteers. A valid CA driver’s license and proof of insurance are required, with background checks performed as part of the hiring

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Experience working with senior citizens desirable.
• Willingness to drive and provide own vehicle in California.
• Criminal background check via Live Scan as part of hiring process.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home assessments.
• Submit weekly meal units on GetCare software.
• Prepare monthly program reports.
• Complete quarterly assessments by phone.
• Assist staff with copying, faxing, and data input.
