Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is growing in Washington, D.C., and seeking licensed Physical Therapists to deliver exceptional one-on-one care to older adults in homes or Senior Living Communities. You’ll design individualized plans, perform evaluations, and deliver evidence-based therapy to improve mobility and independence.

Offer autonomy over your schedule, opportunities for telehealth, and a collaborative interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults in home or senior living settings.
• Perform evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
• Deliver therapy sessions to support mobility, independence, and safety.
• Document effectively in FOX’s EMR system per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PT, OT, SLP, Fitness Specialists).
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote aging in place and safety.
• Provide telehealth/virtual care when appropriate to extend access.
