Job summary

Belle in Georgia is seeking Community Health Workers to provide in-home foot care for seniors. Use your license to impact health, stay safe, healthy, and independent in clients' homes.

Roles may be full-time or part-time, typically Mon–Fri 9:00–5:00, at least two days weekly; some evenings/weekends and local travel required. You’ll complete foot assessments via Belle’s app, maintain HIPAA-compliant records, build trust with members, and promote ongoing foot health.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid licensure as Nail Technician per state or NICSB requirements.
• Background check and drug test as applicable.
• Driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Specialize in senior foot health with emphasis on safety.
• Follow Belle protocols to ensure hygienic service and prevent infections.
• Perform foot assessments using Belle’s app and document findings.
• Build rapport with members and provide foot care education.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant member records and coordinate with Belle admin.
• Attend to appointments punctually and maintain vehicle readiness.
• Engage in Belle-provided continuing education opportunities.
• Assist with booking future appointments and work within CHW scope.
