Job summary

Senior Helpers of Northwest Arkansas is urgently hiring in-home caregivers in Bentonville, Bella Vista, and surrounding areas. You will work one-on-one with seniors to help them live safely at home, providing companionship and daily support.

If you are a CNA, PCA, or HHA, previous experience in healthcare is helpful. We offer flexible schedules, paid training, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn new skills to best assist your clients.
• Caring and compassionate, with a true desire to help others.
• At least one year of experience in healthcare, home care, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned
• Provide companionship and emotional support through conversation and recreational activities
• Prepare meals and help keep the home tidy with light housekeeping
