Senior Helpers of Northwest Arkansas is hiring in-home caregivers to support seniors in Siloam Springs and surrounding areas. You will build a one-on-one connection to help clients enjoy the best possible quality of life at home and will tailor your area of expertise to the seniors you care for.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn new skills to best assist your clients.
• Caring and compassionate, with a true desire to help others.
• At least one year of experience in healthcare, home care, assisted living, independent living, home health, medical assistance, or nursing assistance is required.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned.
• Provide companionship and emotional support by engaging in conversation and recreational activities.
• Perform household tasks such as meal preparation and tidying up.
