Job summary

Senior Helpers of Northwest Arkansas is urgently hiring home care caregivers to serve seniors in Rogers, Pea Ridge, and nearby communities. You will provide in-home care, companionship, and support for daily activities in clients' homes. We’ll match your area of expertise to the seniors you’ll care for.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn new skills to best assist your clients.
• Caring and compassionate, with a true desire to help others.
• At least one year of experience in healthcare, home care, assisted living, independent living, home health, medical assistance, or nursing assistance is required.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned.
• Offer friendly companionship and emotional support, including conversation and recreational activities.
• Handle everyday household tasks such as meal preparation and tidying up.
