Job summary

Senior Helpers of Northwest Arkansas is urgently hiring in-home caregivers to serve seniors in Fayetteville, Springdale, and nearby communities. If you have experience in assisted living, home care, or healthcare, you’ll join a team dedicated to delivering quality, compassionate care in clients’ homes.

As a caregiver, you’ll assist with ADLs, provide companionship, and help with light house tasks. We offer flexible hours, paid training, development opportunities, and pathways for advancement.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn new skills to best assist clients.
• Caring, compassionate, with a genuine desire to help others.
• At least one year of healthcare or home care experience is required.

Responsibilities
