Job summary

Live Star Home Care is seeking a Caregiver / Personal Care Aide to provide non-medical support and companionship to seniors and individuals with disabilities in their homes. You will assist with daily living activities, promote independence, and help maintain a safe, caring home environment.

The role emphasizes compassionate, dependable care with a flexible schedule including full-time or part-time options and potential live-in assignments.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Experience in caregiving preferred; training provided for right candidate
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs as needed for client transfers

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Provide companionship and emotional support through conversation and engagement
• Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• Support transfers, ambulation, and safe movement in clients' homes
• Provide non-medical medication reminders and observe changes to report to supervisor
• Accompany clients to appointments and social activities
