Job summary

Live Star Home Care in the United States is seeking a Caregiver / Personal Care Aide to provide non-medical support and companionship to seniors and individuals with disabilities in their homes. You will assist with daily living activities and help maintain a safe, caring environment as outlined in care plans.

This role emphasizes compassion, reliability, and patience, with training provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications

Minimum age 18.
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Caregiving/home care experience preferred (training provided).
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred.
Compassionate, dependable, and patient personality.
Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care needs such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
Provide companionship and emotional support through conversation and engagement.
Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a clean living space.
Prepare and assist with meals and snacks according to dietary preferences.
Support clients with transfers, ambulation, and safe movement throughout their homes.
Provide medication reminders (non-medical).
Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or recreational activities.
Observe and report changes in the client's physical or emotional condition to the supervisor.
Follow care plans, schedules, and agency policies to ensure consistent and reliable service.
