Job summary

House of Hearts ABA seeks Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 1–18 in home and school settings across Massachusetts. You’ll implement plans created by BCBAs and help develop communication, social skills, independence, and emotional regulation.

Newcomers and experienced BTs are welcome, with training, support, and clinical guidance offered. Opportunities exist to grow into RBT and higher roles within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 1 to 18 in home and school settings.
• Carry out individualized treatment plans designed by BCBAs.
• Help children build communication, social interaction, independence, and emotional regulation.
• Support children in the classroom so they can participate, learn, and succeed alongside their peers.
• Collect session data to track progress and adjust treatment.
• Partner with parents, caregivers, and teachers to maintain progress across home and school.
