Job summary

House of Hearts ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians (BT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home and school settings across Massachusetts. You’ll support communication, social, and daily living skills under BCBA guidance, with training and clinical mentorship provided.

Newcomers and experienced BTs are welcome; prior ABA experience is helpful but not required. Expect strong team support, growing hours, and opportunities to advance as the program expands.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with families and school staff.
• Dependable, compassionate, and coachable.
• High school diploma or higher required; background check.
• Reliable transportation for in-home and school sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home and school settings.
• Carry out treatment plans designed by BCBAs.
• Support skill development in communication, social interaction, independence, and emotion regulation.
• Collect session data to track progress and adjust treatment.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and teachers to ensure consistency.
