Job summary

House of Hearts ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home and school settings across Massachusetts, including Lexington. BTs support communication, social skills, and daily living tasks under BCBA supervision.

We welcome both experienced BTs and newcomers to ABA, offering training, guidance, and opportunities for advancement to RBT and beyond with ongoing clinical mentorship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation for in-home and school sessions.
• Experience as BT or interest in ABA.
• Comfortable with families and school staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA therapy to children ages 1 to 18 in home and school settings.
• Carry out individualized treatment plans designed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Help children build skills in communication, social interaction, independence, and emotional regulation.
• Support children in the classroom so they can participate, learn, and succeed alongside their peers.
• Collect session data that helps our clinical team track progress and adjust treatment.
• Partner with parents, caregivers, and teachers to keep progress consistent across home and school.
