Job summary

House of Hearts ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children in their homes and schools across Massachusetts. You will help build communication, social, and daily living skills while working under supervision from BCBA clinicians.

Both experienced BTs and newcomers to ABA are welcome; we provide training, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities for career growth up to RBT and beyond. Competitive pay and a supportive team culture are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation for in home and school based sessions.
• Newcomers welcome to ABA and training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA therapy to children ages 1 to 18 in home and school settings.
• Carry out individualized treatment plans designed by our BCBA(s).
• Help children build skills in communication, social interaction, independence, and emotional regulation.
• Support children in the classroom so they can participate, learn, and succeed alongside their peers.
• Collect session data that helps our clinical team track progress and adjust treatment.
• Partner with parents, caregivers, and teachers to keep progress consistent across home and school.
