Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a driven in-home sales closer to join our fast-growing team. You will meet with pre-qualified homeowners, present solutions, and close high-ticket sales in a hybrid work setup based around Harrisburg, PA.

Average first-year earnings range from $150,000 to $200,000 with uncapped commissions and bonuses; top performers exceed $300,000. Must be willing to travel within a reasonable drive time.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer-relations skills.

• Willingness to work weekends (Sat/Sun).

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily.

Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer!)

Average First-Year Earnings: $150K-$200K - Uncapped Commissions and Bonuses
Top Performers Earn: $300K+
Location: Hybrid work schedule in Harrisburg PA

As a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners each week, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high-ticket sales.

What You'll Do

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily
• Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors
• Present financing options and close sales
• Build lasting customer relationships
• Participate in ongoing sales training

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, not required
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required (Drive times 30-90 minutes from home)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
• Weekend availability (6 days/week)
• Industry experience is a plus
