Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer!). As a full-time W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you will meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners each week, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high-ticket sales.

Average first-year earnings range from $150K-$200K with uncapped commissions; top performers earn $300K+. This hybrid role is based in Harrisburg, PA with ongoing sales training and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required (Drive times 30-90 minutes from home)

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily
• Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors
• Present financing options and close sales
• Build lasting customer relationships
• Participate in ongoing sales training
