Fusion Plumbing and Air in Tucson, AZ is hiring a full-time In-Home Sales Representative to grow our client base and close service deals. You’ll contact customers about HVAC or plumbing needs, present quotes, and deliver professional contracts, with a night/weekend rotation.

We offer base plus commission with uncapped earning potential, a company vehicle, gas card, phone, iPad, uniforms, a full benefits package, paid vacation, and opportunities for training and development.

Offering exceptional plumbing and HVAC services to both residential and commercial clients, Fusion Plumbing and Air is the go-to choice for exceptional indoor comfort services! We’re hiring full-time In-Home Sales Representatives to help expand our clientele and secure new jobs for the business.

Location: Tucson, Arizona (and the surrounding area) | Pay: Base and commission, for an annual earning potential of $95,000 - $180,000+ | Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, with a night/weekend rotation

Who You Are:

The ideal fit for this In-Home Sales Representative would be a highly results-driven goal-getter who knows how to build rapport, resolve concerns, and successfully close deals without being overbearing or too pressuring on the customer. Sales experience in a trade like plumbing, HVAC, or electrical is a must.
