You will earn between $75,000 and $225,000/year while enjoying generous benefits! This includes:

Your schedule will be full-time, with the flexibility and willingness to work on-call weekends and after hours as required, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service whenever they need it most.

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER

As an HVAC Installer, you will spend your days installing new HVAC systems-including duct work, attic or vertical splits, and rooftop package units-throughout Tucson. You'll pre-measure jobs to determine material needs, receive and load all equipment, and ensure every installation is completed to our high standards. You will properly connect gas lines, fill out precise paperwork, and take thorough readings to guarantee quality and safety. Your company vehicle will stay clean and organized, and you'll work collaboratively with leads and management, sometimes aiding others as needed. Each day, you'll communicate clearly with customers and coworkers, uphold company policies, and contribute to a positive team environment.

HVAC INSTALLER REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience
• Valid driver's license
• EPA Certification
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and maneuver heavier items with help or equipment
• Clear and personable communication skills
• Attention to detail and a drive to complete jobs quickly and correctly
• Willingness to work on call weekends and after hours
• NATE Certification (preferred)
• ServiceTitan experience (preferred)

Required Equipment:

• Hammer drill, impact drill, sawzaw, full set of screwdrivers, volt meter, digital gauges, tin snips L-R, pipe wrench, hammer, level 1' & 2', step bit, magnehelic gauge, flashlight, and refrigerant gauge (Bonus: Blower, nail gun, and skilsaw)
