Job summary

Bath Planet of Metro NY is seeking an in-home sales representative to meet with pre-qualified homeowners across Nassau, Suffolk, Queens and Brooklyn, presenting customized bath solutions and guiding customers through the buying process. This is a full-time, 100% commission-based role with uncapped commissions and ongoing coaching.

The position offers paid sales training, pre-qualified appointments, and flexibility, with the opportunity to build relationships and close deals while delivering

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.
• Previous in-home sales or home improvement experience preferred.
• Remodeling, roofing, windows, siding, kitchen, flooring, or other high-ticket sales experience is a plus.
• Confident, motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Professional appearance and outstanding customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout Nassau County, Suffolk County, Queens, and Brooklyn.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional in-home consultations with qualified homeowners.
• Use iPad-based sales system to create customized bath designs.
• Present remodeling solutions that meet customer needs and budgets.
• Provide accurate pricing and close sales.
