Home Genius Exteriors is hiring for a full-time in-home sales role in North Carolina. You will meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily, deliver engaging in-home presentations, and grow through elite training and mentorship within a supportive, team-first environment.

Earn between $100,000 and $300,000+ per year with uncapped commissions, plus weekly pay, bonuses, and reimbursement for gas and tolls. Training is paid, and local appointments are scheduled based on where you live.

• Experience in sales with a proven track record.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to work in-home sales and travel as needed.
