Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity company, is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet with homeowners, present products, and secure accurate estimates in customers' homes across the region.

All leads are provided, no cold-calling, base salary plus commission with uncapped earnings. W2 with benefits, PTO and 401(k) are offered, plus comprehensive training.

Candidates should be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work evenings and Saturdays as needed.

Qualifications

• In-Home Sales, Outside Sales, or B2C sales experience preferred.
• Ability to meet and exceed goals.
• Self-motivated and results oriented.
• Attend one-time training session in Madison, WI.

• Meet with potential clients in their homes, demonstrating products and services.
• Provide timely presentations, accurate estimates, and detailed documentation.

About The Role

In this position, you will:

• Meet with potential clients in their homes, demonstrating our unique products and outstanding services
• Provide timely presentations, accurate estimates, and detailed documentation
• Become a professional expert, fulfilling all steps in providing customer service beyond expectations to generate repeat business

Key Qualifications

• Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments (No Saturday evening appointments)
• In-Home Sales, Outside Sales, or Business to Consumer Sales experience preferred
• Ability to meet and exceed goals
• Must be self-motivated and results oriented
• Ability to attend one-time training session in Madison, WI
