Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative. You will meet homeowners in their homes, present our products, and deliver accurate estimates with thorough documentation to close sales.

All leads are provided with 2-3 pre-qualified appointments daily; no cold-calling. This W2 role offers comprehensive benefits, PTO, 401(k) with match, ongoing sales training, and the potential to earn $200k–$300k per year with uncapped commissions.

• In-Home Sales, Outside Sales, or Business to Consumer Sales experience preferred.
• Must be self-motivated and results oriented.
• Ability to meet and exceed goals.

About the Role

In this position, you will:

• Meet with potential clients in their homes, demonstrating our unique products and outstanding services

• Provide timely presentations, accurate estimates, and detailed documentation

• Become a professional expert, fulfilling all steps in providing customer service beyond expectations to generate repeat business

Key Qualifications

• Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments (No Saturday evening appointments)

• In-Home Sales, Outside Sales, or Business to Consumer Sales experience preferred

• Ability to meet and exceed goals

• Must be self-motivated and results oriented

• Ability to attend one-time training session in Madison, WI
