Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to build relationships with homeowners in the Midwest. You will meet clients in their homes, present our products, provide estimates, and document details to close sales.

We offer a base salary plus commissions and a robust bonus structure, all leads provided. Join a nationwide network with comprehensive benefits and ongoing, state-of-the-art sales training.

Qualifications

• Evening and Saturday appointments available (No Saturday evening appointments).
• In-Home Sales, Outside Sales, or B2C Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to meet and exceed goals.
• Self-motivated and results oriented.
• One-time training session in Madison, WI.

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential clients in homes, demonstrating products and services.
• Provide timely presentations, accurate estimates, and detailed documentation.
• Foster repeat business through outstanding customer service.

About the Role

In this position, you will:

• Meet with potential clients in their homes, demonstrating our unique products and outstanding services
• Provide timely presentations, accurate estimates, and detailed documentation
• Become a professional expert, fulfilling all steps in providing customer service beyond expectations to generate repeat business

Key Qualifications

• Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments (No Saturday evening appointments)
• In-Home Sales, Outside Sales, or Business to Consumer Sales experience preferred
• Ability to meet and exceed goals
• Must be self-motivated and results oriented
• Ability to attend one-time training session in Madison, WI
