Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet homeowners in their homes, present our products, craft accurate estimates, and document the sales process with professionalism.

We provide all leads and a base salary plus sales commissions and performance bonuses, with an average earning potential of $200k-$300k per year. W2 employment includes comprehensive benefits, PTO, and 401(k) with match, plus state-of-the-art training.

Qualifications

• In-Home Sales, Outside Sales, or Business to Consumer Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to meet and exceed goals.
• Must be self-motivated and results oriented.
• Ability to attend one-time training session in Madison, WI.

About the Role

In this position, you will:

Key Qualifications

• Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments (No Saturday evening appointments)
• In-Home Sales, Outside Sales, or Business to Consumer Sales experience preferred
• Ability to meet and exceed goals
• Must be self-motivated and results oriented
• Ability to attend one-time training session in Madison, WI
