Job summary

Acorn Stairlifts, Inc. in Lexington, KY is hiring Surveyors (In-Home Sales Reps). Earn 80k-100k+ annually with paid training and a supportive team.

You will meet with warm leads, assess staircases, present products, and quote onsite, then follow up and update records while helping the company reach targets.

Qualified candidates have at least 1 year of in-home sales, a valid driver's license, a high school diploma or GED, and are comfortable with travel.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a high school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of in-home sales experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Technology comfortable with a tablet, apps, and cell phone.
• Willingness to travel and be a road warrior.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preset appointments set up by our Appointment Setter team.
• Assess the customer’s staircase, provide product presentation and quote onsite.
• Follow up with clients and maintain updated contact information and notes in our database.
• Contribute toward achieving pre-established business targets and team goals.
• Work with warm client leads only, no cold calling.

As a Surveyor, you will be:

• Working with warm client leads only, no cold calling.
• Conduct preset appointments set up by our Appointment Setter team.
• Assess the customer’s staircase, product presentation & quote onsite.
• Following up with clients while keeping the most up to date client contact information and conversation notes within our company data base.
• Contributing toward individual/team efforts to meet pre-established business targets.
