Job summary

Acorn Stairlifts, Inc. is looking for an Appointment Setter to join our Lorain, OH team. This Regular Full-Time role offers the chance to help schedule visits for our field Surveyors and support customers with stairlift solutions.

You’ll work with warm leads, maintain up-to-date contact information, and contribute toward meeting business targets. Paid training, benefits, and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Works well in a fast paced dynamic atmosphere.
• Computer confident using applications such as web based programs and Microsoft Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Contacting new and/or existing clients to discuss solutions we offer to assist with their difficulties on the stairs.
• Working with warm client leads only, no cold calling.
• Setting up appointments for our field Surveyors.
• Following up with clients while keeping the most up to date client contact information and conversation notes within our company data base.
• Contributing toward individual/team efforts to meet pre-established business targets.

As an Appointment Setter, you will be:
