Acorn Stairlifts Inc. is hiring a Call Center Sales Agent in Orlando, Florida. You will handle high-volume outbound calls to promote annual service agreements and assist inbound customers, turning inquiries into sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of related sales or call center experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to handle objections confidently and professionally.
• Proficiency with web-based platforms and email applications such as Microsoft Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by making a high volume of outbound calls to existing stairlift owners to promote annual service agreements.
• Serve as the first point of contact for inbound calls—listening, identifying customer needs, and converting opportunities into sales.
• Deliver a positive and empathetic customer experience that builds trust and supports long-term relationships.
• Accurately document all interactions, update customer information, and ensure correct follow-up actions and dispositions.
• Partner with the Service department when customers report breakdowns or require maintenance.

What You’ll Do

• Accurately document all interactions, update customer information, and ensure correct follow-up actions and dispositions.

• Consistently meet or exceed established sales metrics, including conversion rates, call volume, and quality standards.
