Bath Planet | Focal Point Remodeling is seeking an in-home sales representative to educate homeowners, present our bathroom remodeling solutions, and close deals during scheduled in-home appointments.

With pre-qualified leads, comprehensive training, and an uncapped commission structure, top performers can earn well into six figures. You’ll travel within the local territory and work evenings/weekends as homeowners are available.

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners in their homes for scheduled appointments
• Conduct professional sales presentations using our proprietary tablet-based system
• Build rapport and identify homeowners' remodeling goals
• Design customized bathroom remodeling solutions
• Present pricing, financing options, and product recommendations
• Overcome objections and confidently ask for the sale
• Follow a proven sales process that delivers results
• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals

• Strong closing skills and a competitive mindset
• Sales experience preferred but not required for the right candidate
• In-home sales, home improvement, remodeling, automotive, retail, or commissioned sales experience is a plus
