Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors in Detroit, MI is seeking driven sales closers for a full-time W-2 role where 90% of the work is pre-handled before meeting the customer. You will meet 2–3 pre-qualified clients daily and deliver compelling in-home presentations.

Earn $100k–$300k+ per year with a 70% advance and no cap on commissions, plus weekly pay, bonuses, health/dental/vision after 30 days, paid training, flexible schedule, gas/toll reimbursement, and local appointments based on where you live.

Qualifications

• Proven sales track record required.
• Experience in in-home sales or consultative selling preferred.
