Home Genius Exteriors in Detroit, MI is hiring a full-time W-2 sales closer. This high-opportunity role has 90% of the work prepared before you meet a customer, with rapid growth into leadership in a new market.

You’ll meet 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily, deliver in-home presentations, and advance through elite training and internal promotion opportunities in a supportive, team-first environment. Earn $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance, weekly pay, monthly bonuses, and benefits

What You’ll Do

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in home sales presentations
• Grow fast through elite training & mentorship (we only promote from within)
• Enjoy a supportive, team-first environment

What You’ll Get

• $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions
