Home Genius Exteriors in Detroit, MI is hiring for a full-time in-home sales role. You will meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily and deliver engaging sales presentations in customers' homes.

Grow quickly through elite training and mentorship, with a team-first environment and strong earning potential. This is a high-opportunity W-2 sales position with capped commissions removed and weekly pay.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in home sales presentations
• Grow fast through elite training & mentorship (we only promote from within)

What You’ll Get

• $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions
• Weekly pay every Friday
