NWI Baths in Merrillville, IN is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet with pre-qualified homeowners and design bathroom remodeling solutions using our iPad-based sales system.

You will present product options, discuss pricing and financing, and close sales through an unlimited commission structure. This role offers paid training, a flexible schedule, and growth opportunities within a growing team.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-home sales is preferred.
• Home improvement/remodeling sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong closing and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
• Comfortable using technology, including iPads and sales software.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the local territory.
