NWI Baths in Merrillville, IN is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet pre-qualified homeowners, design projects, present options, and close sales. This role uses our iPad-based sales system and offers unlimited earning potential with commissions and bonuses.

No cold calling; qualified appointments are provided. You’ll travel within the local territory, deliver outstanding customer service, and join a growing team with frequent training and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous in-home sales experience preferred.
• Home improvement/remodeling sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong closing and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
• Comfortable traveling within the local territory.
• Able to use iPad and sales software.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners during scheduled in-home appointments.
