Job summary

NWI Baths in Merrillville, IN is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet with pre-qualified homeowners and design bathroom remodeling solutions using our iPad-based sales system. You’ll present options, negotiate terms, and close sales with unlimited earning potential through commissions and bonuses.

Position Summary

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll meet with pre-qualified homeowners to provide customized bathroom remodeling solutions. Using our proprietary iPad-based sales system, you’ll design projects, present product options, and close sales. Qualifications

• Previous in-home sales experience preferred
• Home improvement or remodeling sales experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong closing and negotiation abilities
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
• Comfortable using technology, including iPads and sales software
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the local territory
