Job summary

Bath Busters is hiring an in-home sales representative (high performer) to meet with homeowners and present bath remodeling options. You will use our iPad platform to craft tailored proposals and close sales in a commission-driven environment.

This role requires 3+ years of in-home sales experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. A proven track record of exceeding sales goals is essential.

What You'll Do

Required Experience

• Experience in bath remodeling, home improvement, windows, doors, roofing, HVAC, kitchens, or related industries strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to earn substantial commission income.
• Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.
