Blissful Baths in Allentown, PA is seeking an experienced In-Home Sales Representative to close high-value bath remodeling deals. You will conduct in-home presentations, educate clients via an iPad-based system, and design bath projects using industry-leading software.

Build trust, identify needs, and close sales with confident pricing. This high-performance role offers a 100% commission structure with pre-qualified appointments and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of proven in-home sales experience required.
• Demonstrated track record of high sales performance and closing success.
• Experience in home improvement, remodeling, roofing, windows, doors, baths, kitchens, HVAC, or related industries strongly preferred.
• Ability to consistently generate substantial commission earnings.
