Job summary

Bath Busters is seeking an experienced In-Home Sales Representative (High Performer) to meet with homeowners in their homes, present our bath remodeling solutions, and tailor proposals to individual needs.

This is a 100% commission-based role with pre-qualified appointments, no cold calling, and ongoing sales training. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in-home sales, a proven close record, and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of in-home sales experience required.
• Proven history of high sales performance and closing success.
• Experience in bath remodeling, home improvement, windows, doors, roofing, HVAC, kitchens, or related industries strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to earn substantial commission income.
• Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.

Responsibilities
