Pinnacle Home Improvement Company LLC is hiring a results-driven sales professional to build trust with homeowners and present exterior remodeling options across roofing, siding, windows, doors, and gutters. You will manage financing conversations, close deals, and keep CRM records accurate while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

The role offers paid training with a strong earning potential through uncapped commissions, plus ongoing coaching, benefits, and a path for growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience with a track record of results.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Coachability and openness to feedback.
• Confidence in presenting, negotiating, and closing.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders for attic inspections.
• Valid driver's license.
