Job summary

Pinnacle Home Improvements is hiring an Entry-Level Sales Representative to represent us in local communities and introduce homeowners to our exterior remodeling services.

You’ll engage with homeowners in person, build rapport, and educate them about roofing, windows, siding, gutters, and doors. Training is paid, and you’ll receive daily coaching to reach ambitious sales goals and advance into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to walk and work outdoors for extended periods.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Willingness to be coached and held accountable to performance expectations.

What You'll Do

As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you'll represent Pinnacle Home Improvements in local communities and introduce homeowners to our exterior remodeling services.

Previous Sales Experience Is Not Required.

Experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, athletics, marketing, or other competitive environments can be helpful, but your attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn matter more to us than your resume.

Schedule

First Week – Paid Training: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Regular Field Schedule: Includes 1–2 weekly in-office meetings and training sessions.

• Monday & Wednesday: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Tuesday & Thursday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

This role requires you to get outside your comfort zone. You'll work in the field, talk to people you've never met, hear "no," and be challenged to improve.
