Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet clients in their homes, present our products, and prepare accurate estimates. You’ll receive 2–3 pre-qualified appointments daily and have access to comprehensive training and a strong benefits package.

With uncapped earnings potential and a base salary plus commissions, this role rewards performance and independence. Training opportunities and a path within a growing national brand are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-home, outside, or B2C sales preferred.
• Ability to meet and exceed goals.
• Must be self-motivated and results oriented.
• Willingness to attend a one-time training session in Madison, WI.

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential clients in their homes, demonstrating our products and services.
• Provide timely presentations, accurate estimates, and detailed documentation.
• Deliver customer service that drives repeat business and maintains high satisfaction.
